Time to Pet is a comprehensive software platform and mobile app used by many professional pet care businesses. The software streamlines scheduling, invoicing, communication, and information management to make your experience as a pet parent as straightforward as possible.

By using the Good Pets x Time To Pet client portal, clients are able to

• schedule, change, or cancel services

• view and update their personal information

• view and update their pet’s profiles

• view invoices and manage payment methods

• view visit report cards

• message their sitter directly

A meet & greet is an opportunity to learn more about your pets and their routines. We ask and answer questions, determine means of entry, collect keys, and overall ensure that you and your pets are comfortable with your sitter and vice versa. Meet & greets are complimentary prior to your first booking and typically take around 30 minutes. Additional meet & greets are available for $30 per meeting.
